Liam Gallagher and the other members of Oasis (other than lead songwriter/guitarist Noel Gallagher who broke-up Oasis when he quit the band last year) will be recording a new album under the name Beady Eye with their first single due out in October.

Beady Eye consists of Liam Gallagher on lead vocals, Gem Archer on lead guitar, Andy Bell on bass and Chris Sharrock on drums.
