Weezer’s 3rd self titled album (and 6th overall) is scheduled to be released on June 24th and is being called “The Red Album” due to it’s album cover (see it below.) This goes along nicely with their previous “blue” & “green” self titled albums.

Third is their third album and it’s their first new one since their self titled album which I mentioned yesterday in my article about great albums from 1997.
