Radiohead’s Kid A – Live Performances
By Marvin Marks on Jul 22, 2008 in Features
Once – many moons ago I did a post including live Radiohead performances of every song on OK Computer (save “Fitter Happier” of course.)
Today it’s Kid A‘s turn. Kid A may just be my favorite Radiohead album if it’s not OK Computer or In Rainbows anyway.
Kid A was released in 2000, 3 years after OK Computer and the build up was huge. Some were disappointed that it wasn’t another guitar based album like The Bends & OK Computer but most (including myself) thought it was a brilliant new direction. I still feel that way today, 8 years later.
#1 “Everything In It’s Right Place”
#2 “Kid A”
#3 “The National Anthem”
#4 “How To Disappear Completely”
#5 “Treefingers”
(not performed live, this is video was made by a fan and set to the album recording.)
#6 “Optimistic”
#7 “In Limbo”
#8 “Idioteque”
#9 “Morning Bell”
#10 “Motion Picture Soundtrack”
