A couple of days ago I posted about The Beatles Mono Box Set which I’m probably more excited about as far as an initial listen (because I’ve yet to hear many of these albums in mono) but I think it’s likely that in the long run I’ll end up listening to the Stereo Box Set more often. After all, stereo is the standard now for a reason.

The Beatles Remastered Stereo CD Box Set

This box set includes…

(1) All 13 Beatles studio albums (official UK versions + LP version of Magical Mystery Tour) in stereo. All albums are remastered for the first time since the original CD release in the 1980s.

(2) The Past Masters compilation (2 CDs.) This is a collection of all of the bands non-album tracks (including #1 hits like “Hey Jude” & “Day Tripper” along with cool B-sides like “Rain”) These songs are also all remastered. By combining the 13 Beatles studio albums with this Past Masters compilation, every 1962-1970 Beatles release is included in this box set.

(3) DVD which included 13 short “mini-documentaries” for each of The Beatles 13 studio albums.

(4) All new fancy pants packaging (for those of you who are into that kind of thing.)
