I purchased a jingle to promote this blog from Your Daily Jingle. Our jingle will be the jingle of the day on January 11th and I paid $11 for it. When our jingle is posted, I’ll feature it here.

What’s this all about? Well it’s the brainchild of Brian King who describes himself as a rockstar/computer geek who is a graduate student in electrical engineering. Basically, Brian will be writing and performing jingles every day of the year.

You (anyone who has something they want to promote) can have him write and perform a jingle for you at a cost equal to the day of the year. For example January 1st is $1, and January 2nd is $2. February 1st would be $32. The idea is, the earlier you get in, the less expensive the jingle will be.

This will give you a pretty inexpensive “commercial” you can use for whatever it is you want to promote.

If you’re not interested in promoting anything then the site can still be interesting to you because you’ll get to see what Brian comes up with every day, just bookmark the site and you’ll find a new jingle up every day of 2010.
